10 Day Online Fall Cleanse! October 17-26
Body and Soul Nutrition Presents “The Happy Heart Fall Cleanse”, a 10 day online journey guided by Lysa Ingalsbe RN, Holistic Health Coach.
Autumn is here! As the days begin to shorten and the temperatures start to cool, It is a wonderful time of year for us to dedicate some time to help our body shift into the new season. Join me in stepping into Autumn with the crispness and clarity healthy eating and living provides us. The Body and Soul Nutrition 10 day online Cleanse will begin October 17th and run through october 26th. This Season’s focus will be on Healthy Crockpot recipes. We also play around with some new veggie burger and soup recipes too!
As always, during the 10 days we will eat foods that are warming and cleansing. including the vegetables of the season such as butternut, acorn, delicata squashes, parsnips, leeks, cauliflower, cucumber, dark leafy greens, as well as garlic, ginger, onions for their cleansing properties. we will also include some delicious fruits, seeds, nuts, beans and animal proteins (vegan options are always included).
We will eliminate all or some (your choice of the following): sugar, alcohol, caffeine, dairy, and gluten.
Cleanse package includes:
- list of foods to include and avoid
- simple, delicious, and nutritious menu plan
- easy to make recipes
- one main shopping list
- online daily support via email and private facebook
- suggestions to get the most from your cleanse
Cost for cleanse: $40 per person or gather some friends and join as a group of 3 and save $10 each ($30 per person).

About Lysa Ingalsbe & Body and Soul Cleanse
Lysa Ingalsbe is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and an RN. She has been studying health and wellness since 1992. Her journey began in nursing and eventually led her to graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2002.
Lysa formed Body & Soul Nutrition, LLC in 2008 to provide nutritional and lifestyle coaching to empower clients to become their healthiest and happiest self.
Through a variety of modalities including practicing mindful eating, Lysa works with clients to connect to their own inner “health expert”. Through this process, the client learns how to trust themself to make healthy choices around food and self-care.
